B&R Consulting is a Luxembourg-based accounting and tax firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (“Ordre des experts-comptables”). We support a broad range of domestic and international clients, including Asset managers in private equity, real estate (PERE), infrastructure and credit, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI/UHNWI) and family offices, international groups and entrepreneurs.

A shared vision

Our story

B&R Consulting was born out of the ambition of two former Big Four colleagues, Cyril Benassi and Baptiste Roche, to combine their visions and standards of excellence within a joint project. They founded B&R Consulting with the conviction that you can better serve renowned local and international players by offering them greater responsiveness, enhanced support, team stability and a high level of expertise.

To meet the growing demand from a discerning clientele, they gradually built a team of talented professionals who possess a wealth of experience when it comes to international clients, particularly in investment and wealth management. Long-term client satisfaction is baked into B&R Consulting’s DNA.

Co-founder and Chartered Accountant

Baptiste Roche

Boasting more than 10 years of professional experience, Baptiste Roche is a chartered accountant in Luxembourg and co-founder of B&R Consulting. Over the course of his career, he has developed a strong background in accounting, tax compliance and corporate secretary services. Combined with the entrepreneurial skills he acquired during the founding and development of B&R Consulting, this background enables him to take a cross-functional and pragmatic approach to his clients’ needs.

His client portfolio mainly consists of private equity and real estate firms, as well as independent directors. He supports them on a day-to-day basis with accounting, corporate secretary and governance matters, offering them tailored solutions in complex and highly regulated environments.

Cyril Benassi

As a chartered accountant registered with the Luxembourg Institute of Chartered Accountants, Cyril has developed in-depth expertise through his 10+ years advising predominantly alternative investment managers, international groups and family offices. Faced with the growing complexity of cross-border issues in tax matters, accounting and regulation, he understands his clients’ concerns and knows how to turn these constraints into performance drivers.

His scope of intervention covers the structuring and operation of all types of investment vehicles, tax and accounting compliance, as well as operational advice, with a focus on clarity, security and efficiency.

Manager

As a Manager at B&R Consulting, Anthony assists regulated and unregulated investment management structures with all their accounting and regulatory obligations. His approach is simultaneously rigorous, pragmatic and solution-oriented.

His previous experience as a manager at a leading international audit firm makes him B&R Consulting’s go-to person when it comes to supervisory audits and liquidation audits engagements.

As a Senior Associate at B&R Consulting and a chartered accountant registered with the OEC, Gabrielle supports international groups, HNWIs/family offices, non-profit organisations and entrepreneurs with their accounting and tax obligations. With her strong operational experience, she is involved across all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from incorporation to liquidation.
